Introduction
The Valley of Warwan, falls in district Kishtwar, is situated in the upper reaches of Higher Himalayas . It is bound by Kashmir Valley on one side and Ladakh on the other . Warwan valley is 95Kms away from south of kashmir district Anantnag. This riverine valley with ever soothing ,lush green meadows ,the best of horses , dense deodar jungles ,having a network of rivulets and eye catching traditional wooden houses . Bhatta village ,Kaavyeer ,luthermarg & shuknai are some beautiful places to visit . The breathtaking islets, clear sky and cool breeze are stunning. The best time to visit this hidden treasure is from June till August .
Day 1 Arrival Srinagar - Daksum
On arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted by our Driver/Tour guide and transferred to your hotel / Home Stay at Daksum . After check-in you can visit to outer Daksum and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Breng valley .
Day 2 Daksum - Warwan Valley
Early morning start for Razparian sanctuary , walk up to sheep farm and back for breakfast.
Then early afternoon start to Warwan, can stop to check trout farms. Can try dhaba tea at Gowran.
Halt on way to Margan for beautiful views,eat pack lunch or fruits and eggs at Margan top, enjoy Margan view.You will be crossing Margan top which is 12578 ft above sea level , then to warwan valley finally
Day 3 Warwan Valley Tour
After good contentital or local breakfast, Any guest who stays back for day or tired to Trek can do cycling, bird watching or fishing for the day.
Now start towards Sukhnai in car or walk up to Margi, one riding pony to accompany for load or ride if anyone wants.
Enjoy views of place near Basmai bridge, then start for Sukhnai direct, reach Sukhnai have lunch by the stream before the village, go to vintage point above village and enjoy view then start back tea at Rikniwas,.
On return at Margi, Tea and corn bread in local house.
Then early evening reach Basmina Village and meet and greet people.Tea and corn bread on the go.Evening return to Kavyad camp.
Day 4 Warwan to Marwah Valley
Today after Breakfast, you will be exploring the beautiful Marwah valley . It is almost one hour drive from Warwan valley to reach Marwah . It will start from Marwah Eagle point to experience the overview of Marwah . After lunch a walk to Taksaran a beautiful hamlet surronded ny thick pine trees located on banks river sudar and by evening you will experiencing the magical view at Domail point . Night Stay in Marwah valley
Day 5 Marwah Valley - Kashmir
After breakfast depending on your flight timing , you will be dropped at Srinagar airport.
